Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 18 December 2024: Dubai’s most anticipated event of the year, the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF), is celebrating its 30th anniversary with an unforgettable lineup of over 35 electrifying concerts, world-class entertainment, and star-studded performances that will light up the city. Running until 12 January 2025, this year’s DSF promises to be the biggest and most exciting edition to date, with 20 live shows from the world’s biggest A-list performers and celebrities.

DSF NIGHTS AT DUBAI FESTIVAL CITY MALL Dubai Festival City Mall will become a nightly celebration with free-to-attend live concerts every Saturday at 9:30pm. Headlining this incredible series are top Arabic performers like Yara Mena (21 December), Hams Fikri (4 January), and Ibrahim Al-Sultan (11 January). Additionally, the New Year’s Eve will be celebrated with a special performance by Mahmoud El Esseily on 31 December 2024. Visitors can reserve their tickets via the Blue Rewards app.
The world-famous X Factor, in partnership with Dubai TV, will showcase live performances every Sunday night at 10:30pm. The popular singing competition, where talented singers and bands compete for the coveted title, will conclude with its grand finale on 12 January 2025.
COCA COLA ARENA Cocomelon Live: Sing-A-Long (20–21 December) brings a delightful musical adventure for families, while Russian comic Pavel Volya will take the stage on 6 January with a sharp and witty comedy show. Rock and pop fans can look forward to Zemfira’s performance on 7 January, while Majid Al Muhandis and Assala will headline on 10 January 2025 for an unforgettable Arabic music night.
DUBAI OPERA The golden age of Hollywood musicals will be celebrated with the production of Singin’ in the Rain, running until 14 December. Other highlights include The Nutcracker (19–22 December), Svetlana Zakharova’s MODANSE on 15 January, and performances by Hany Shaker (26 December) and Najwa Karam (29 December), along with British comedian Al Murray on 20 January.
ZABEEL THEATRE, JUMEIRAH ZABEEL SARAY How the Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical will bring holiday magic to the stage from 20 to 24 December.
THEATRE BY QE2 The classic Wizard of Oz will captivate audiences at the QE2 until 26 December, offering a vibrant musical experience.
JUMEIRAH BEACH HOTEL A new production of Aladdin will bring magic to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Auditorium from 17 to 29 December, blending comedy, music, and dazzling costumes.
NEW YEAR’S EVE CELEBRATIONS Zero Gravity’s NYE Beach Festival (31 December) will feature headliner Joel Corry, while Barasti Beach will host a New Year’s Eve bash with DJ Nicky Romero, fire dancers, and a laser light show. Atlantis, The Palm’s grand celebration, headlined by Lionel Richie, will culminate in a breathtaking fireworks display, while the Burj Khalifa’s stunning light and music show will mark the arrival of 2025 in iconic Dubai style.
