Dubai, UAE (21 October 2024): Address Downtown introduces the Terra e Mare Brunch, bringing a fresh culinary concept to the heart of Downtown Dubai. This new brunch offers a Mediterranean journey through a curated menu that emphasizes quality ingredients, sustainability, and fresh local produce. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted, blending land and sea to create a memorable dining experience that celebrates nature’s finest flavours.
Launching on 26 October, Terra e Mare Brunch takes place every Saturday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Guests can enjoy a lively atmosphere enhanced by live entertainment, choosing to dine outdoors under the stars or indoors amid the vibrant ambience.
Drawing inspiration from the scenic Mediterranean coast, the brunch features premium seafood and farm-to-table ingredients. Dishes like seabass carpaccio with Amalfi lemon vinaigrette and Catalan-style Carabineros prawns start the journey, followed by a grand seafood tower brimming with Alaskan King crab, Dibba oysters, pink prawns, and blue mussels, along with hot appetisers such as Spanish octopus, beef croquetas, and baked scallops.
For the main course, options include roasted Muscovy duck, Paccheri pasta with Canadian lobster, and line-caught seabass papillote. Vegetarian diners can relish Ratatouille in a cocotte, featuring local vegetables with smoked tomato coulis and basil pesto.
Conclude the experience with artisanal cheeses and indulgent desserts like tiramisu and chocolate mille feuille. Beverage packages include a soft drink option for AED 390 and a house beverage option for AED 550.
