13th, June 2023, [Dubai UAE] – The new healthy café located in Samadhi Wellness, Jumeirah offers healthy, wholesome, and delicious meals amidst chic interiors of the wellness space. Alongside the dining, there is also a side of retail, yoga, organic hair treatments, a sauna and ice bath, as well as lounging by the pool.
The menu was developed by Cordon Bleu-trained chef, Danah Al Zabin, with an emphasis on nourishing and healthy meals, using fresh ingredients while bringing out the food’s natural flavours. Focusing on the quality of ingredients, the café serves up delectable breakfasts, salads, soups, and main dishes, as well as freshly pressed juices, smoothies, and carefully sought-after coffees.
Breakfast options include the likes of Zaatar Eggs, Dark Coco Overnight Oats and Avocado Toast, whilst for lunch there are options of Carrot Ginger Soup, Kale Harvest and Butternut Squash Salads, Herb Marinated Salmon, and Freekah Chicken Bowl to name a few. On the dessert front, there is the Truffle Box; a selection of Dark Cocoa and Date Balls perfect for an after-lunch treat. Juices include Vitamin C, Pomegranate Rose, and Super Green, ready to support and boost the immune system. Smoothie lovers can savour a selection including Berry Yoghurt, Acai, and Mango.
The chic interiors deserve special attention with natural textures, representing the four elements of nature: fire, earth, water, and air. Every detail is thought out and carries a story, creating a relaxing and beautiful ambience to dine in or enjoy a coffee.
