On June 3rd, diners will have the unique opportunity to enjoy an authentic Indian tasting menu, featuring four exquisite courses bursting with flavour and soul. Inspired by the raw beauty of home cooking from the richly diverse regions of India and South Asia, Kinara’s exclusive tasting menu will take foodies on a culinary adventure with authentic regional dishes with a modern twist, perfectly paired with Glenfiddich Whiskey, the world’s most awarded single malt scotch whisky.

Diners will be treated to a Tandoori Eggplant Bharat followed by Shakarkandi Ki Chaat, a sandalwood smoked sweet potato with cumin labneh and strawberry-ginger dressing. The journey continues with asoulful Sesame Crusted Kofta with Kinara Roti, featuring cottage cheese, prunes and tomato-cashew gravyor Chicken Berry Biryani with Kinara Roti, served with braised chicken, mixed berries, and yogurt cucumber dip.Mango Saffron Kulfi is the perfect dish to end the evening on a sweet note, featuring frozen mango pulp, milk foam chips with peach-strawberry purée.
