Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 5 March 2025: The city has transformed into a joyful season of wonderful moments for the Ramadan in Dubai campaign, organised by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office (GDMO), in partnership with Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) as well as public and private sectors. An eagerly awaited highlight every year are the city’s must-visit Ramadan markets that bring together culture, cuisine, and community while offering amazing shopping and gifting experiences throughout the Holy Month. DFRE is elevating this year’s packed programme of only-in-Dubai experiences with the launch of the first-ever Ramadan At The Park, bringing friends, families, and loved ones together to embrace the spirit of the season at Zabeel Park from 6 to 23 March.
In line with the UAE marking 2025 as the Year of Community, the vibrant and inclusive experience welcomes the entire community. Visitors can savour heartwarming iftars and suhoors under the stars, delight in diverse culinary delights from street food to Ramadan sweets and coffee shops, and explore retail pop-ups to discover amazing must-have items and exclusive gifts for loved ones this season. Beyond the flavours and shopping, the destination also hosts immersive cultural showcases, mesmerising live performances, and family-friendly entertainment – set against the backdrop of Dubai’s stunning outdoor ambiance. With the city’s perfect weather for the season further elevating the season’s charm this year, now is the perfect time to gather, celebrate, and make the most of Ramadan’s special moments.

A diverse line-up of food trucks, including Mattar Farm, Vietnamese Foodies, Switch, Karakna Geer, Freat, Feras Sweets, and more, are serving up an exciting mix of flavours throughout the event.

The market’s vibrant retail pop-ups bring the perfect chance for Ramadan shopping and gifting from a treasure trove of exclusive finds, elegant traditional attire, dazzling jewellery, and one-of-a-kind gifts from homegrown brands and so much more.
CULTURAL EXPERIENCES
As the sun sets, the booming sound of an exclusive Ramadan cannon will signal to visitors that it’s time to break their fast. This long-standing tradition of firing the cannons at sunset dates back to the 10th century, and is a must-see live experience that will be hosted at Zabeel Park on 5 and 6 March.
The evenings will be filled with exciting live performances, as well as interactive games and sports activities that bring the spirit of Ramadan to life. Friends and families can gather around for enchanting tales from Hakawati performers, listen to soulful live music under the stars, and explore Emirati culture through falconry, calligraphy stations, and henna artistry. Little ones can explore the dedicated Kids Corner featuring a host of exciting activities from bouncy castles to carnival games for children of all ages.
