Orascom Hotels Management selected Staff Connect to revolutionize guest arrivals by replacing traditional front desk check-ins with a highly personalized, mobile approach. Upon arrival, each guest is greeted by an Experience Ambassador who escorts them to their rooms, where check-in is completed in under a minute via the Staff Connect platform. This service eliminates front desk queues, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests step inside.
The platform has already been successfully launched in 15 Orascom properties, including the renowned Casa Cook, Steigenberger, Club Paradisio, The Chedi, Cooks Club, and Mosaique hotels, all situated in the picturesque locale of El Gouna, Egypt.
Staff Connect optimizes operational efficiency and enhances staff communication, allowing real-time information sharing across all hotel departments—from front desk to housekeeping—via mobile devices. The platform’s AI-powered analytics also allow staff to access guest profiles and preferences, enabling tailored promotions, curated experiences, and customized amenities, all of which significantly enhance upselling opportunities and foster memorable, personalized stays.
