This partnership features the unveiling of Les Jardins Éternels, an exhibition of two stunning site-specific artworks, Jardin de la Paix and Jardin de la Vie, which will permanently adorn the walkway leading to the renowned La Méditerranée Robuchon restaurant.
Behnam-Bakhtiar, currently in residence at the resort, draws inspiration from nature, exploring themes of human evolution and interconnectedness through his art. He employs natural pigments derived from stones, enhancing the vibrant connection between his pieces and the surrounding environment. The collaboration emerged from a serendipitous meeting between Behnam-Bakhtiar and the Four Seasons team during a visit to La Méditerranée, where the atmosphere rekindled his fond memories of the French Riviera. His long-standing relationship with the Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat, a Four Seasons property, inspired him to envision this unique partnership.

Born in 1984 in Neuilly-Sur-Seine, Behnam-Bakhtiar is renowned for his unique peinture raclée technique, which features intricate layering and scraping methods that reflect both personal experiences and broader human narratives. With previous exhibitions at prestigious venues like the Saatchi Gallery in London and Sotheby’s in Monaco, Behnam-Bakhtiar is excited to establish his presence in Doha.
