Starting from the hotel’s prime Piazza della Repubblica location, guests will travel by electric vehicle through Florence’s Renaissance charm, passing olive groves and vineyards, en route to the surrounding hills.

Upon arrival, participants will meet Giulio, the hotel’s Truffle Concierge, and his expertly trained truffle dogs. Under Giulio’s guidance, guests will explore the wooded terrain, searching for Tuscany’s famed truffles, known for their earthy, rich flavor. As the day nears its end, a stop at Piazzale Michelangelo offers a sunset toast with a breathtaking view of Florence bathed in golden light, a moment that underscores Tuscany’s timeless beauty and the hotel’s dedication to its preservation.

The experience concludes back at Hotel Savoy with a truffle-themed dinner at Irene. Chef Giovanni Cosmai showcases authentic Tuscan flavors using locally sourced ingredients, with menu highlights like Beef Tartare del Mugello with truffle and “Bruschettone with eggs, mushrooms, pecorino cheese, and black truffle.”
