The “Hunting for Truffles” journey combines the scenic Tuscan landscape with the tradition of truffle foraging while emphasizing sustainable practices. Starting from the hotel’s prime Piazza della Repubblica location, guests will travel by electric vehicle through Florence’s Renaissance charm, passing olive groves and vineyards, en route to the surrounding hills.
Upon arrival, participants will meet Giulio, the hotel’s Truffle Concierge, and his expertly trained truffle dogs. Under Giulio’s guidance, guests will explore the wooded terrain, searching for Tuscany’s famed truffles, known for their earthy, rich flavor.
