With over 12 years of culinary expertise in the UAE’s dynamic food scene, Chef Fabio is well-equipped to elevate this mission, having honed his skills at some of the region’s premier establishments, including Cavalli Club at Fairmont, Byblos Hotel, Il Faro Trattoria & Lounge, Gia, and Public at The Dubai Mall.
Originally from Italy, Chef Fabio has built a reputation for creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and strong leadership. His culinary journey began at the iconic Hotel Cipriani in Venice, where he rose through the ranks from Commis chef. His career also took him to London and Switzerland, where he refined his techniques and solidified his foundation in culinary arts.
In his new role as head chef, Chef Fabio aims to introduce innovative dining concepts while maintaining the restaurant’s commitment to organic, soul-nurturing dishes.
