To mark the beginning of the festive season, the QE2 will light up the Christmas Tree at The Pavilion on December 9. Guests can join the ceremony, sing along the carollers, welcome Santa and celebrate with a dinner buffet at Lido restaurant. During the whole festive month, Queen’s Grill will offer a festive festive-inspired afternoon tea complete with mint hot chocolate or mulled wine.
Queen’s Grill will celebrate Christmas Day with a Royal Roast serving succulent roast turkey, beef, chicken and lamb accompanied by an assortment of delectable sides and traditional British Christmas dishes. On St. Stephen’s Day, the feasting continues at The Golden Lion with roast carving stations to satisfy all tastes.
The Theatre by QE2 is bringing a number of festive shows for the whole family. Magic Phil will be back on December 10 & 11 with his very popular stage show. Starlight Safari is a perfect mix of magic, silliness, non stop audience interaction and song to get you into the festive spirit and will be a magical adventure for all the family. The QE2’s Annual Christmas Show is also back from December 16th to 26th – with The Snow Queen weaving her magic where myth, fantasy and legend combine to create a spellbinding story which will enthrall children and adults alike.
New Year’s Eve at the QE2 is a truly royal affair. Guests will countdown to 2022 under the stars at The Pavilion, overlooking Dubai’s glistening skyline.
